Loveland has built a worldwide reputation for its bronze sculpture artisan community. The city has one of the nation’s largest sculpture gardens in the country, it’s no wonder that the city’s economic development department has named Loveland’s historic downtown revitalization project The Foundry. This project includes residential, retail and restaurants, hotels and a public plaza built to be a centerpiece of the community.
Berthoud is a scrumptious slice of small-town Americana. With tree lined streets that frame the main drag thru town and local shops that range from artisan breads to candy, and of course a local brewery, there’s a little something for everyone. Each winter, Berthoud hosts SNOWFEST, a holiday themed celebration that includes all sorts of family fun: tree lighting, parade and a snow sculpting competition. Berthoud is also home to TPC, an 18-hole PGA master planned golf community. Beautiful, custom luxury homes wrap around lakes the show off a reflection of Longs Peak, one of Colorado’s most recognized “Fourteeners.”
